  22. Time setting: The display time of the drying cabinet is controlled by the controller. If you need to adjust the drying cabinet display room, you need to enter the time setting screen, adjust the hour, minute, second, and specific time in sequence, then press to save the current screen setting parameters and exit the current operation screen.
  23. Heating time: During the preheating stage, the temperature should not be less than 2 ℃ every 1 minute. After the drying is completed, the temperature of the drying chamber should be less than 50 ℃

  30. Exhaust pipeline: The air outlet of the drying cabinet leads out the high-temperature exhaust gas generated during operation to the outside. The drying cabinet is equipped with a steel wire hose at the factory and is installed on the air outlet above the drying cabinet using a hose clamp

  32. Drying process
① Heating up stage: Turn on the fan and hot air box, heat the drying chamber to the predetermined temperature and enter the drying stage
② Drying stage: Use a predetermined temperature control program to fluctuate the drying temperature within a certain range, and enter the cooling stage after drying for a period of time
③ Cooling stage: Turn on the fan, close the hot air box, and continuously blow cold air into the drying chamber to lower it to the set temperature value
