Generic name: Bed, hospital, standard, with mattress.

Clinical or other purpose: Standard bed for the patients for the hospitals.

Detailed requirements: Overall Size Should not be less than following parameters.

±10% variance accepted: Length: 2100mm, Width: 1000mm, Height: 500 - 700mm.

Head rest adjustment (0deg – 85 deg).

Leg Rest Adjustment (0deg – 45 deg).

Height Adjustment (450mm – 700mm) ±10%.

All above functions shall be operated by smooth manual cranks and the manual crank should have an over turning protection mechanism.

- Collapsible Alloy Side Railings should be available on both sides of the bed.

- Wall protection rubber bumpers should be available at all four corners.

- At least two provisions required for IV pole on head end of the bed with one IV pole.

- ABS Molded Detachable Head and Foot Boards required.

- At least 120mm diameter TPR, nonrusting, Swiveling, castors with diagonal locking.

- Main top and bottom framework made of 1.5”x2.5” GI Rectangular tubes of 1.6mm thick.

- 18G Perforated CRC/MS Sheet for mattress base in four sections.

- All materials should be pretreated and finished with epoxy powder coating.

- Non foldable Mattress of 25mm soft density layer and 75mm high density bottom layer should be supplied with the bed. It shall be covered with a medical grade cover.
